Using advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or membrane separation technology, it ensures continuous, on-site nitrogen generation with stable pressure and purity for clean, oxidation-free cuts. Specially designed cooling and heat-resistant components allow consistent operation even in ambient temperatures exceeding 45°C, making it ideal for factories in challenging climates. With automatic controls, low maintenance, and energy-efficient performance, this generator guarantees dependable nitrogen supply for high-speed laser cutting operations under demanding environmental conditions.
